We’ve tossed the butter and replaced it with one of nature’s super-foods “coconut oil.” Populations that eat the most coconuts are known to be the healthiest in the world.  Benefits include, fat loss, superior brain function and various other health improvements. Coconuts contain unique medium chain triglycerides that can increase your energy and burn more fat. We like the sound of that!  Additionally, coconut oil is one of the few foods that can be classified as a superfood.
