Raw ingredientsWhat's the latest with the RAW craze you ask?  When you hear raw, you probably think of meat, eggs, or under-cooked foods of some type. The type of raw we are referring to is touted as the healthiest form of eating among most health food critics. When taking a food in its whole form and not subjecting it to processing, heat, or pasteurization, you don't destroy its nutrients and digestive enzymes. More and more people are realizing the benefits they feel in energy, digestion, and overall fitness and health when they try to eat a raw or or mostly raw diet.
